Today, Ms Thng pointed out that my center when in attitude ordinaire position was displaced to one side.
While i want to force my working thigh higher, I should not be compromising center alignment by shifting my weight toward my supporting leg.
Any weight shift, if at all, should be forward. To check that the working foot is not overly far out to one side, the toe of the working leg should be faintly visible if one is 'en face' to a mirror.
Yesterday, when Ms Goh checked our attitude positions, she said my working leg was too short, and the bend at one's knee should really be quite small.
